  Rangpur Lime
According to Allen Susser's 'The Great Citrus Book', "The RANGPUR was imported from India (where it originiated) to Florida in 1887. RANGPUR LIME is a highly acidic fruit that resembles the mandarin in appearance, and in fact, it is also known as mandarin lime. It is a tender and juicy oblate fruit with a rather complex tangerine-lime flavor. In India, mandarin juice is imporoved by adding 20 to 40 percent RANGPUR juice to it." You, too, can punch up your citrus juice, or feature this unique flavor in Rangpur Lime Punch, Rangpur Lime Curd or Rangpur Lime Marmalade.
